I Didn’t Receive a Circool Activation Email
When your school invites you to join Circool, you’ll receive an activation email with a subject line of "School District Name Invites you to Circool". (example: "Bayside School District invites you to Circool").
If you didn’t receive this email, here are some quick steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check Your Inbox
Search for an email from Circool (check spam/junk folders too).
Look for subject lines like “School District Name Invites you to Circool .
Step 2: Resend the Activation Email
Even without the activation email, you can often have that email sent to you:
Search for your school district.
That will route you to your district homepage.
Click "Resend Activation Email"
Tip: Your email must match the one listed in your school’s student information system (PowerSchool, SAM, etc.).
Step 3: Verify with Your School
If Circool doesn’t recognize your email:
Contact your school registrar or front office.
Ask them to confirm your email is entered correctly and marked as your Primary email in the school’s database.
Once updated, Circool will sync overnight and you’ll be able to activate your account the next day.
Step 4: Still Need Help?
If you’ve confirmed your details with the school and still can’t log in, please reach out to our support at support@circool.com
