I Don’t See All My Children in Circool
If you are missing a child in your Circool account, don’t worry—this usually happens because of how your information is stored in the school’s student database (PowerSchool, SAM, etc.).
Why This Happens
Your contact information isn’t consistent across the school’s student records.
You may have more than one PowerSchool parent account with the same email address listed more than once. Circool can only sync to the first account it finds.
What To Do
Reach out to your school registrar and ask them to consolidate your accounts.
Once the accounts are merged, Circool will automatically sync overnight, and your missing child will appear the next day.
Save Time With This Email
You can copy and paste the following message to your school registrar:
Subject: Help with Circool Parent Account
Hi there,
I’m using Circool but I’m not seeing all my children in my account. Circool mentioned this may be due to me having multiple parent accounts or multiple email addresses in PowerSchool. Could you please consolidate my accounts into one master account? Once that’s done, Circool should sync overnight.
