Using Circool for School Events ?️

Circool makes it easy to RSVP and get your ticket for school events. You’ll need to RSVP “Yes” to receive your electronic event ticket.

How to RSVP to the Event

1. Check Your Email

   • Look for a new event email from Circool with the subject line “Bayside Middle Invites you to”

   • Click the RSVP button to go directly to the event details.

2. Check Your Text Messages

   • You may receive a text that says “[School Name] invited you to a new event.”

   • Tap the link to open the event in Circool.

   • Tip: To receive text notifications, make sure your phone number is added in your Circool Profile.

3. Log in to Circool Directly

   • Click on the Circool icon on your phone.

   • Find the event under Today or Upcoming – Events.

   • Tap the event to see full details.

Choose Your RSVP

• ✅ Yes – You’re attending! A ticket will be issued.

• ❌ No – You’re not attending.

• ? Maybe – You’re undecided (you can update later).

Don’t worry—you can always change your RSVP by selecting “Change RSVP.”

Getting Your Ticket

• Once you RSVP “Yes,” Circool will automatically issue your QR Code ticket.

• On the day of the event, simply open Circool → My Tickets to show your QR code at check-in.

✅ That’s it! RSVP in a few taps, get your ticket, and enjoy the event.
