Adding Family & Friends to My Circool

My Circool is your trusted “circle” of family and friends you may want to invite to school events. Think grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors.

Note: Siblings and other children do not need tickets to attend events. Only adults need to be added.

Looking to Invite a Family/Friend to a school event?  Inviting Family & Friends to School Events

Important to Know

  • Family & friends do not create Circool accounts and will not receive emails from Circool.

  • You control when and how they’re invited to school events.

  • All guest tickets are managed directly inside your Circool account.

Who You’ll See in My Circool Automatically

Circool connects with your school’s student information system (PowerSchool, SAM, Infinite Campus, etc.). By default, your account will show:

  • Your child(ren)

  • Any guardians already linked in the school’s records

Example:
Zack and Kelly have two kids, Kaley (5th grade) and Richard (2nd grade).
When Kelly opens My Circool, she sees:

  • Zack (other guardian)

  • Kaley and Richard (her students)

Because guardians are connected in the school’s system, they are also connected in My Circool.

How to View My Circool

  1. Log in to Circool.  Need help logging in?  See this KB Article.

  2. Tap the menu (☰) in the top left.

  3. Select My Circool.

  4. You’ll see your child(ren) and any guardians linked to them.

Adding Family & Friends to My Circool

You can add adult guests like grandparents, neighbors, or close family friends who may attend school events.

  1. From My Circool, tap Add New.

  2. Enter their name and details.

  3. Tap Activate.

✅ That person is now in your My Circool list—but they are not yet invited to an event. You’ll be able to add them later when an event is published.

✨ With My Circool, you stay in control: only the people you trust get added, and only you decide which events they attend.
