Where’s the Circool App?

When to use this

Use this article if you want to add Circool to your phone’s home screen for quick access.

Why Circool works this way

Circool is designed to work on almost any device, including iPhone, Android, tablets, and computers.  This also let's us support any language.

Instead of asking every parent to download an app, Circool opens from a secure web link. This keeps setup simple and makes it easier for schools and families to use.

• You can open Circool quickly from your home screen.

Before you start

First, open your school’s Circool site on your phone.

If you need to find your school’s Circool site, go to https://my.circool.com and login or request a secure link.

On iPhone using Safari

1. Open Safari and go to your school’s Circool site.
2. Tap the Share button. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing up.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add.

    Circool will now appear on your home screen like an app.

On Android using Chrome

1. Open Chrome and go to your school’s Circool site.
2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add. You may need to confirm.
   
   Circool will now appear on your home screen like an app.

What happens next

Once Circool is added to your home screen, you can open it with one tap.

You can use it to access your Circool Pass, view your Circool QR code, and complete check-in steps when your school asks you to use Circool.
