I Didn’t Receive a Circool Activation Email
If you did not receive your Circool activation email, do not worry.
You can check your inbox, request a new secure link, or contact Circool support for help.
When to use this
Use this article if your school invited you to Circool, but you cannot find your activation email.
Step-by-step instructions
- Use your phone if possible
A phone is usually the easiest way to activate your account because you will need to confirm your birthday and take a selfie. - Check your email inbox
Search your email for Circool.
Also check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or other filtered folders. - Look for the invitation email
The subject line may say "School District Name Invites You to Circool.
Your school district's name will appear at the beginning of the subject line. - If you don't find the email, request a new account activation email.
Go to https://my.circool.com.
Enter your email address or cell phone number and select Send Magic Link. - Open the new link
Circool will email or text you a secure link that opens your Circool account.
Circool uses secure links, so you do not need to create or remember a password.
Tip: Your email address or cell phone number must match the information your school has on file.
If Circool does not recognize your email or phone number
Circool uses the parent and guardian information provided by your school. If your email address or phone number is not recognized, the information may need to be updated by your school.
- Contact your school registrar or front office.
- Ask them to confirm your email address or cell phone number is correct.
- Once your school updates the information, Circool will usually sync overnight and you can try again the next day.
What happens next
After you open your secure Circool link, you will confirm your birthday and take a selfie to activate your account. See Activate Your Circool Account
Once setup is complete, you can view your Circool Pass. Your Circool Pass includes a Circool QR code your school can scan when you visit, attend an event, or pick up a student.
