Using Circool During a Reunification Event
Circool helps your school safely and quickly release students to approved parents and guardians during a reunification event.
If your school starts a reunification event such as an early release for weather or some kind of emergency, you may receive instructions by email, text message, or another school communication tool. Follow your school’s directions and have your Circool Pass ready when you arrive.
When to use this
Use this article if your school has asked you to use Circool during a reunification event, student pickup process, emergency pickup, or reunification drill.
What is a reunification event?
A reunification event is a school-managed process used to release students to approved parents, guardians, or approved pickup contacts.
Circool helps your school confirm who is picking up each student and keep the pickup process organized.
Good to know: If your school is running a drill, the message may clearly say DRILL. Follow the instructions from your school either way.
